Ingredients


  • 647 sandwich rolls
  • Veggie burger patty of your choice
  • Pineapple, sliced and cored
  • Onion, sliced
  • Lettuce
  • Red cabbage, shredded
  • No or low sugar teriyaki sauce

Instructions


Prepare the Ingredients:

  1. Grill the veggie burger patty according to package instructions.
  2. Grill pineapple and onion slices until they have nice grill marks and are caramelized.
  3. Toast the buns (optional)

Assemble the Burger:

  1. Place a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the toasted bun.
  2. Add the grilled veggie burger patty on top of the lettuce.
  3. Place the grilled onion and pineapple slices on.
  4. Top with shredded red cabbage.
  5. Drizzle with no or low sugar teriyaki sauce over top.
