• No purchase necessary to enter or win.
• Winner will receive a Schmidt Old Tyme bread prize pack. All entries must be submitted by Friday, August 29, 2025 at 11pm ET.
• The winner will be randomly selected by using a random number generator. Prizes will be awarded at the discretion of Schmidt Baking Company and its administering agency (“Sponsor”).
• ELIGIBILITY: This contest is open only to legal U.S. residents. Employees of the H&S Family of Bakeries (along with its contractors, affiliates and subsidiaries) and their families are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.
• By entering, each entrant agrees to the official rules and warrants that his or her entry complies with all requirements in the official rules.
• Multiple entries by the same individual is allowed as long as the social media account provided is different (e.g., a personal account, a business account, an influencer reel)
• Schmidt Old Tyme, in its sole judgment, reserves the right to disqualify any individual that it finds to be tampering with the entry process, the operation or is otherwise in violation of these rules.
• WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified through Schmidt Old Tyme’s social media accounts by September 1, 2025. It is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their Instagram, X, TikTok or Facebook account for notifications. If a potential prize winner does not respond to the Sponsor within five (5) days after being notified of winning, or if the prize is unclaimed, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize and a different winner will be chosen.
• Schmidt Old Tyme will mail a prize to the winner. Winner is responsible for using the products enclosed before their expiration date.
• The odds of winning depend on the number of entries submitted.
